You are responsible for defining, developing, and implementing processes and tools—specifically within Salesforce that simplify associate workflows and improve the experience for our stakeholders.</p> <div>This role sits within the Operations Infrastructure team, part of Global Operations Strategy and Transformation, focusing on aligning people, processes, and tools with company priorities.<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Doing<br></strong>●<strong> Business Analysis &amp; Solutioning:</strong>&nbsp;Partner with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs, document current-state workflows, and develop end-to-end future-state designs.<br>●&nbsp;<strong>Salesforce Administration &amp; Development:</strong>&nbsp;Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management,&nbsp;permission sets, and data integrity audits.Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder and other declarative tools to automate business processes. Maintain and update custom objects, fields, and page layouts to support&nbsp;evolving business requirements.</div> <div>●&nbsp;<strong>Requirement Engineering:&nbsp;</strong>Define clear requirements, user stories, and&nbsp;acceptance criteria for new system features and tools.<br><strong>● Implementation Support:</strong>&nbsp;Partner to build and deploy tools, ensuring technical&nbsp;solutions meet the defined business needs.<br>●&nbsp;<strong>Testing &amp; Demos:&nbsp;</strong>Organize and coordinate comprehensive end-to-end test cases&nbsp;for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct user demos.<br>●&nbsp;<strong>Change Management:&nbsp;</strong>Support the implementation and go-live of new features by helping establish training, documentation, and communication plans.<br>●&nbsp;<strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong>&nbsp;Solicit user feedback to iterate on existing tools and&nbsp;define standard metrics to measure the outcome of implementations.</div> <div><br><strong>What You'll Need<br></strong><br>●<strong>&nbsp;Education:&nbsp;</strong>Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.<br>●&nbsp;<strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp;5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Business<br>Analyst<br>●&nbsp;<strong>Technical Proficiency:&nbsp;</strong>Salesforce, proven experience with Salesforce administration and declarative&nbsp;development (Flows, Process Builder, etc.). Salesforce Certification (Admin or&nbsp;App Builder) is strongly preferred.<br>●&nbsp;<strong>Communication:</strong>&nbsp;Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to&nbsp;distill complex concepts for different audiences.<br>●&nbsp;<strong>Problem Solving:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently&nbsp;determine methods to execute solutions with limited assistance.<br>●&nbsp;<strong>Ability:&nbsp;</strong>to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining self-directed&nbsp;and comfortable with shifting priorities.<br>●&nbsp;<strong>Collaboration:</strong>&nbsp;Nurture positive working relationships within established networks and work effectively in a team-based environment.<br><br></div> <div><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br></strong>● Financial or payment industry experience.<br>● Experience working in an Agile environment.<br>● Lean Six Sigma experience or familiarity with process improvement methodologies.<br>● Excellent proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.</div> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div class="gmail_default">The base pay range for this role is listed below.
