About this role
SummitWave Remote Solutions is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality support to customers via email, chat, and phone. In this role, you will resolve account questions, troubleshoot common issues, document customer interactions, and work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience. Ideal candidates are organized, empathetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by email, chat, and phone Troubleshoot account and service-related issues Escalate more complex issues to internal teams when needed Maintain accurate notes in the CRM Help improve internal support documentation and workflows
Requirements:
2+ years of customer support experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with help desk or CRM software Ability to work independently in a remote environment Must be based in the United States
