  • Review scripts, storyboards, production plans, and creative direction to ensure video footage aligns with project objectives and educational messaging
  • Operate and maintain cameras, audio recording equipment, lighting systems, tripods, and other production equipment
  • Perform post-production editing, including sequencing, color correction, audio enhancement, graphics integration, captioning, and rendering final deliverable products, as required
  • Integrate filmed footage with animation, motion graphics, narration, and other multimedia elements to support cohesive educational products
  • Ensure all video products meet applicable technical specifications, accessibility requirements, branding standards, and quality assurance expectations
  • Maintain organized video files, project assets, metadata, and version control throughout the production lifecycle
  • Coordinate revisions and incorporate Government feedback during review and approval cycles
  • Ensure filming activities and final products portray individuals and sensitive subject matter respectfully and in accordance with trauma-informed communication principles
  • Prepare final production files for distribution across digital platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and other educational channels
  • Support production activities associated with public awareness campaigns, including PTSD Awareness Month and other National Center for PTSD outreach initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing videography and video editing services relevant to the requirements of this task order
  • Demonstrated experience filming and producing professional-quality video products from production through final delivery

Benefits
